You may return most items sold by Condom Kingdom.com.au within 21 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. All we ask is that the item is not open or used.
Please note that due to the personal nature of some items & because of regulations we are unable to exchange the following (unless, received in a damaged or defective, state). Once our quality control department has examined the product & found it to be faulty a replacement will be sent immediately.- Vibrators

If returning lingerie, the only condition that we place on this is that the item cannot be worn, Skin on Skin. Due to health regulations we are unable to return any lingerie that has been worn. When trying the item on make sure you wear underwear to ensure the item can be returned. We also ask that the swing tags be attached and that the item is in a resalable condition. If the item has been damaged in anyway or worn directly on skin, packaging damaged, we are unable to issue a refund. |
